    Thanks for pointing out that having a skin care routine can give you a sense of control and reduce stress and anxiety. Lately I’ve had some additional responsibilities at work, and it’s left me feeling really overwhelmed. I feel like I have no control over my day and am working nonstop, even after I get home. Taking a little time for myself with a skin care routine sounds like a great way to reduce stress and regain control during my busy days.
