Cafe Yukiko Review

It seems like our Asian audience is far more imaginative when it comes to ways to take our skin health supplements, we have had a few who chill our help: revitalise my skin gel sticks for a refreshing treat on a hot day (of which they seem to have plenty), but this juicing recipe (below) containing help: clear skin really caught our eye. If you have any interesting ways that you take our products, let us know.

Here is what Japanese blogger, Cafe Yukiko had to say about trialling help: clear skin:

“When I was young I didn’t have acne but now I have adult acne… white bumps/acne appear especially when I’m stressed or during my time of the month. Until now, I have used a topical acne skin care regime but for the last 3 weeks I have been trying a new acne care that works from inside the body – help: clear skin.

“On the packaging you will find greetings & a photo of the Works with Water founder, she is beautiful and has nice skin.” (Jules is very pleased with this comment!!)

“The result after continuing for 3 weeks – No longer big acne but there are still small spots. However I feel it will be effective for the acne if I continued taking help: clear skin.”

Cafe Yukiko took help: clear skin in juice mixed with yogurt every morning for her breakfast. As you can see from her photograph and in her own words “The colour… and taste… like this.(laugh) First glance might not look delicious but it’s quite nice.”

If you fancy giving it a go here are the ingredients she used:

  • Yogurt
  • Sea Buckthorn Juice
  • Kiwi
  • and help: clear skin

Mixed all in a juicer.

If you have never heard of Sea Buckthorn here is a bit about it…
Sea Buckthorn is a spiny deciduous shrub native to central Asia that has become naturalised around Britain’s coast-lands. Its bright orange berries are rich in vitamin C (containing up to 15 times that of oranges) and E, carotenes (hence the colour), omega oils 3,6,7 & 9, flavenoids (including quercetin) and minerals. A great way to boost your body’s natural defences.
