Lemon, Peach, Pineapple Infused Water With Help: Clear Skin
What you’ll need
5/6 chunks of Pineapple
1 small sprig of rosemary
1 sachet of help: clear skin
What to do
Chop all the fruit up into large cubes so their juices can run freely
Place all the fruit and sprig of rosemary in a large jug and fill with filtered water
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours before serving
Pour the filtered water through a strainer into your 250ml water bottle and add a sachet of help: clear skin, mixing vigorously to ensure it dissolves
You can keep the jug in the fridge for up to 5 days and keep it topped up with filtered water

This recipe is packed with vitamins B2, B3, and B6. B2 in the lemon helps with releasing carbohydrates. B3 in the peach aids your skin and the B6 in pineapple helps keep your immune system in check and gives you a booster of potassium.
